This post is sponsored by Belgravia Village. If you’re unaware of this little gem of an area, let me tell you a bit more about it. We’ll focus on Elizabeth Street today, but Belgravia Village consists of Eccleston Yards, Eccleston Street, and, of course, Elizabeth Street. It’s about a 5‑minute walk from Victoria Station in one direction and Sloane Square in the other, and is home to some amazing houses, shops and places to eat.

On Elizabeth Street you’ll find many small boutiques featuring fashion, homewares and more. My favourites include WNU, who make THE most perfect shirts (that you can also have monogrammed in store – you know how much I love a monogram), and NRBY for super-soft clothes that you can wear at home and nearby, hence the name. There’s also Penelope Chilvers for some really lovely footwear options, plus ME+EM, Cefinn and Beulah for your smarter outfit choices.

- With Nothing Underneath Gingham Shirt
- Cubitts Dalmeny Sunglasses
- NRBY Boxy Suede Jacket
- ME + EM extreme tapered jeans
- Penelope Chilvers Pony Hair Mary Jane shoes
I couldn’t resist this gingham shirt from WNU, these cow print Mary Janes from Penelope Chilvers and a good try-on of glasses and sunglasses at Cubitts.
And whether you’re looking for a coffee, a cocktail, a spot of lunch or just a REALLY good loaf of sourdough bread, Elizabeth Street can provide you with all these. We had a coffee at Poilâne, an al fresco lunch at Cleo and a cheeky glass of something at the Thomas Cubitt pub. Yes, outside! In March! We were very lucky with the weather and, as we all know, you HAVE to make the most of the sun while it’s out.
We finished the day with a cocktail at Chucs, who have a great menu for lunch and dinner too. Also, if you love looking for blue plaques, take a full mooch around the area. I found five in the space of a few hours. My favourite, and the most impressive house, was for Sir Noel Coward. He clearly had great taste.
There are lots of events coming up in Belgravia this year, including the fabulous ‘Belgravia in Bloom’ which coincides with the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May. So if you’re going to that (or if you didn’t get tickets but want to see some beautiful floral displays), I highly recommend building in a little stopover here.
