Uniqlo Knitwear Focus

This post is sponsored by Uniqlo. In our family, Uniqlo is probably the one store we ALL love to shop at. My boys love it for the trousers and the jeans (being tall, they find the 32-leg jeans fit like a dream). The husband loves it for their button-up shirts and raincoats. I love it for most things. I have two excellent puffer jackets from there that come out every winter. One long and one cropped. I also love their collaborations with JW Anderson (him of my ‘Marmite’ chunky chain shoes fame), and their heattech thermals are literally the best money can buy, but most of all I love their knitwear.

Uniqlo U cropped rib lambswool jumper. I’m wearing a large because I like my knitwear to be on the looser side.

If you are looking for excellent quality, classic knitwear styles at really reasonable prices, then Uniqlo should always be your first port of call. If you’ve been with me for a while you will know that my particular favourites are the men’s cashmere crew neck jumpers. They are nicely oversized on us ladies (I wear a men’s medium), they come in loads of colours and they DO NOT bobble. I don’t know how they do it, but I rarely have to use my cashmere comb on my Uniqlo knitwear. Another of my top picks is the ladies extra fine merino wool jumpers. They are perfect for layering under your dresses in the winter without adding bulk.

Here are some choice items currently on the Uniqlo site. I’ve concentrated on knitwear, but added more of my favourites too. I would also recommend signing up to their newsletter as they often do great discount weeks, especially in the run-up to Christmas.
