53 Autumn Fashion Finds From ME + EM

If you are anything like me, then you love a bit of ME + EM. It’s at the higher end of the high street – if not the highest, tbh – but in my opinion, it’s worth the money. I can’t shop there all the time, but I would if I could, as the quality and designs are some of the best around. I have cashmere jumpers from ME + EM that are older than the girl who tried to sell me make-up for the over-40s the other day in Space NK (but that’s another story), and they are still very much in rotation (after a quick once-over with a wool comb).

From their current collection, I can recommend the oversized heritage blazers – they come in a few colours now. I’d stick to your usual size in these. They have a very clever little feature in the arms: there’s elastic built in, so when you push up the sleeves, they stay up. I’d worn my jacket at least four times before I actually realised that, then I spent all day pushing up my sleeves Miami Vice-style and feeling like a don while strolling around the mean streets of Brentford.

I also love the Engineered Crop jeans, which have been in heavy rotation, as has the cashmere baby tee. It’s a great layering piece. I’ve worn it in the evening over a cami, with the lace poking out at the bottom, and during the day layered over a long-sleeved T‑shirt.

Here are 53 of my favourite pieces from their new collection.
