This post is sponsored by Ziip and I have been meaning to write about their Ziip Halo facial tool for a while now. I’ve mentioned it many times on my Instagram stories (as videos do help when showing how this device works), but I thought I should write here about how it works and what I use it for, so I can direct all the questions I get to one place. In fact, let’s go for a simple question-and-answer format in the hope that all your queries get answered.
Also lets get in early with the discount code; If you use KATEWEARS, you can get 10% off all products on their website. (and this weekend until May 3, you also get a free silver gel worth £70)

What do you use your Ziip Halo for?
I mainly use mine as skin prep in the mornings. I use it to help lift my face and bring it back to life before the day starts. I use it for two minutes on each side of my face before I have a shower. It de-puffs and genuinely sculpts my face, especially around those marionette lines a lot of us ladies get.
Here’s my face directly before and after using the Ziip Halo in the morning. You can see the instant lift around my mouth and jawline.

Does it actually work?
Yes, it really does. You can see an immediate lift right after you use it, and with regular use, your skin texture and overall firmness improve. It won’t stop time, but if you want to slow down your sagging, and put off getting injectables then this is the tool for you.
I use a Gua Sha — isn’t that the same thing?
Gua Shas are great, but the Ziip Halo’s electrical current gives the equivalent of 60 Gua Sha movements per second. Also, incase you didn’t know: lymphatic fluid is essentially concentrated salt water, and salt is really conductive. So when you pair it with a device like this, the device’s electrical currents act like a magnet and move the fluid to your drainage points. It’s very effective for Lymphatic Drainage!
Do you need to use gel?
Yes. Because the Zip Halo uses micro-currents, if you don’t use conductive gel, it will feel like you are getting mini electric shocks. It needs the gel to comfortably deliver the electrical currents into the skin. Also, the gels don’t feel thick or heavy on the skin, so it’s no bother.
Do you have to connect it to an app?
No, you don’t. But if you do, the device becomes a 17-in‑1. Without the app, when turning on the device you automatically get a four-minute lifting treatment (with a pause in the middle so you know to swap sides). So, it depends on your particular skin concerns, and what concerns you’d like to treat. On the app you can treat sun damage, jowls, neck, collagen boosting, etc. & there are guided tutorials so it’s pretty easy to get up and running. It’s free so you may as well give it a go.

Is it worth the money?
I think it is. This is, hands down, the best at-home beauty device I own. If you use it 3–4 times a week, I think you’ll come back and agree with me. If you like the idea of regular facials but don’t have the time or money to get them, this is an alternative so you can treat your skin at home and the cost per use makes it worth the investment long term

Do you have a discount code?
Yes, I do. If you use KATEWEARS, you can get 10% off all products on their website.
