AMAZON FASHION FOCUS — TAKE A WALK

Another surprise midweek post! This one is a paid partnership with Amazon Fashion, but as ever, all words, styling and clothing picks are my own. All items are available on Amazon Fashion (or at least they were when I wrote this! sometimes the stock fluctuates, but I have tried to chose things that they regularly sell)

I’ve said it before, Amazon Fashion can be a goldmine but also a minefield! It’s definitely getting better though. You do still need to know what you are looking for to get the best deals, however, they now have a great landing page with style ideas from top bloggers and stylists. With SUCH a vast site to navigate, having some guidance really helps.

Because you know how much I love trainers and going for walks, I’ve focused this post on that side of what the site has to offer. So, I give you 3 outfits that are all from Amazon Fashion. I mean, look, I’ve even modelled them for you myself! Don’t get used to this, after all this time, I’m still crap at having my photo taken. It’s always a ‘quick get on with it before anyone walks past’…

WHITE JEANS AND SAUCONY TRAINERS

Saucony Trainers are great to add a colour pop to your outfit. They come in so many cool colours and are so light you barely know you’re wearing them. Well, that’s a lie, but you catch my drift. I’ve teamed them with White Levis 501s. They are listed as being cropped, but unless you’re 6 ft, they really aren’t, so I’ve done what I do with almost all my jeans, rolled up the hem to flash a bit of ankle. I’ve featured this Denim Shirt before, It’s pretty much the perfect size, shape and shade of blue to work with a ton of other outfits.

1. Levis Surplus Khaki Jacket
2. Levis Ultimate Boyfriend Shirt
3. Levis 501 Straight Leg Jeans
4. Iris & Lily Cotton Bralets
5. Saucony VIntage Jazz Trainers

JOGGERS AND VANS

I shouldn’t have to tell you again how much I love the classic checkerboard slip on Vans. They are my go-to shoe when I need some comfort. I’ve walked miles and miles in these shoes. But, aside from the Vans, I’m really impressed with myself how I made a very basic cheap sweatshirt look more individual and expensive.

I bought a classic quality Gildan sweatshirt (I’m wearing a medium, and I’m a 12) it was around £8, and I ironed on a little cherry patch. I already had this patch, but you can buy a pack of 20 to choose from on Amazon Fashion, again for around £8. For these prices, you could make one for all your friends and family. Don’t tell me I don’t give you any Christmas present ideas!

1. Find Magnifique Printed T Shirt
2. 20 x Iron on Patches
3. Find Soft Jersey Side Stripe Joggers
4. Gildan Heavy Blend Sweatshirt
5. Vans Checkerboard Slip Ons

NEW BALANCE & BLACK JEANS

A look for when coat weather happens. You know how much of a fan I am of the classic New Balance 574s. The prices on Amazon Fashion can fluctuate, but if you are not desperate to buy right away, pop it in your basket as you should be alerted to when the price changes. They often do great deals where the price goes down for a period fo time, so worth looking out for that. Check out their own brands too. I like Find for good basics and Meraki has a bit of a Uniqlo vibe.

1. Amazon Find Brand Camel Coat
2. Espirit Long Sleeve Stripe Top
3. Levis 501 Crop Straight Jeans
4. New Balance 574 Trainers

Until next time…
