Uniqlo Spring Edit

This post is sponsored by Uniqlo and as you know, it’s one of my personal favourite high street shops. They just get the basics SO right. My highest praise must go to their knitwear, especially the fine knit merino jumpers. Perfect for layering when it’s cold and great on their own before the summer really kicks in. AND they go in the machine without shrinking or losing shape or bobbling, it’s a wool miracle! But there’s more to Uniqlo than jumpers, think of it as your one-stop destination for simple, classic, timeless pieces that create the backbone of your wardrobe.

Of course I had to try the crochet version of the Tardis bag. Also wearing the jersey relaxed fit jacket and the denim drapey pleat trousers.

At the moment I am loving the wide straight leg jeans. They come in 3 leg lengths. I went for the 31inch so I can cuff them a bit. Generally I find Uniqlo to be true to size. I’m a size 10 in most shops and I tend to wear a medium in the knitwear and the t‑shirts and a 28 in the jeans. Also, can I give kudos to their socks and undies. The ultra relaxed bra top in particular I have been living in. No, it won’t win any prizes for appearance (I call it my Mrs Doubtfire bra) but it’s unfeasibly comfortable and smooths everything out for wearing under slim fit t shirts and tops.

Let’s have a look at my picks for the new season at Uniqlo, and yes, there are new colours for the Tardis bag AND it also comes in a crochet style too…
