Just a very quick mid-week post to alert you to the restock in M&S of the best trench coat ever. That’s a sweeping generalisation obviously, but it’s the best trench coat I’ve ever owned, so that will have to do. I bought my trench from the ‘Archive By Alexa’ collection last year and have worn it loads, The classic style means I will no doubt keep forever and I always felt bad that they don’t sell it anymore as I couldn’t pass on the love to anyone who asked me where I got it from. Seems like M&S thought the same as they have now done an incredibly similar version of it for this season. PLUS it’s now in 3 colours. I would go for the green, but the beige is also a winner in my book…
It also has the traditional checked lining, looks great with the sleeves rolled up. One word of warning though, I would really recommend sizing down as they tend to come up pretty large. I don’t need to tell you that the classic trench is a real wardrobe staple, but here are some styling ideas in case you are in any doubt.
