I spent it all on clothes by the looks of things...

I am concerned that my love for @veja is going to end up like my love for Stan Smiths a few years ago when I ended up with the same trainers in 5 very *slightly* different colour ways. Apparently it’s a Capricorn trait to repeat buy when you find something you like. Does anyone else do this?

to last summer in Brooklyn. I can’t tell you how much I’m looking forward to being able to wear this dress again on holiday next week. Also, I finished the Mogul podcast. Highly recommended even for old farts like me who’s knowledge of rap/hip-hop is limited at best. Any more podcast recommendations gladly received

There was a brief rain respite between approximately 5.46 ‑6.12pm today. Never been happier to remember I was given this beaut @protectedspecies rain jacket last year. It’s the best. I note they were featured in @guardianfashion and @eveningstandardmagazine today too! Much deserved kudos for a great small business

I haven’t done much art since my one year foundation course back in 1991. Where there was more draw than drawing going on, if you catch my drift. Last night I went to a class arranged by @toast and @conservatory_archives I was pretty happy with my work. Might practise some more

Classic. This is on our street. Forever. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was my kids that did it. For which I would give them a high five and fist pump

So, have I stepped into the he abyss of middle-age? This coat is from Per Una. A section of M&S I usually avoid like the plague for fear of being assaulted by over-embroidered waterfall hem prairie skirts. I stand corrected. This coat was in the sale at £50 and it’s a very good coat indeed. My husband says it’s quite Adam Ant, but what does he know? Also I am aware that now is possibly not the time for buying coats, but look outside people

Thought the oven was broken, so ate entire box of crackers I bought for the kids. I had forgotten how good they taste. Reminded me of being a teenager and living off these bad boys. (Along with Bovril eaten straight out of the jar with a spoon). Now husband has returned and immediately ‘fixed’ oven. Double dinner ahead

I read in the Sunday Times today about a study that says your musical tastes are decided by what you listened to aged 14. This goes a long way to explaining my deep love of Electro-pop, soft rock and lite-goth. Also, why I still love Phil Collins and Bryan Adams in a totally un-ironic way

This is what I bought with the @libertylondon coin voucher my Mum gave me for my birthday. (Plus my own additional credit card spends 😬) You have to squint as it’s teeny tiny, but it’s a @kcdesignsnyc rose gold diamond ‘K’ necklace. You should know by now that I’m a sucker for anything monogrammed. I never usually buy myself jewellery but I thought this was something I could wear everyday. So cost per wear will be

Wait. What? Sick bruv, Yes fam! My planned shopping trip to @libertylondon today was hijacked by the teen and a diversion to buy a replacement skateboard for the one he snapped in half this week. It was an excessive ‘kickflip stair set’ casualty apaz. 🙄 At least @slamcityskates had the good sense to be playing Phil Collins in their shop
