Middle class problem alert! Despite what @jamieoliver says, you can’t just ‘tap’ the seeds out of a pomegranate. It takes a lot of fiddling, tricky knife action and potential stains on clothes when the seeds ping out in all directions. Exactly how DO you de-seed one of these bastards?
