For the person who’s tricky to buy for, I often go for something useful or nice and quirky for their home. Something they wouldn’t think to buy for themselves or a gadget that will make life easier. As William Morris once said “Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” Of course that is subjective, but here’s a few ideas.
